janelle,
Sjoe, there are so many: Alannah Miles; Martika; MC Hammer; Vanilla Ice; Right Said Fred; Urban Cookie Collective etc.

I was loathe to put them in, but they will bring back memories.

1991 - 1994
Should I Stay or Should I Go? The Clash
Shoop Shoop Song - Cher
Dizzy - Vic Reeves
Crazy - Seal
I'm Too Sexy - Right Said Fred
Lets Talk About Sex - Salt & Pepa (I think)
Sit Down - James
Winds of Change - Scorpions
Justified and Ancient - KLF
A Little Time - Beautiful South (actually, anything by the B.S.)
Show Me Heaven - Maria McKee
INXS - pretty much anything
Big Brown Eyes (Allallallalong) - ??
Ebenezer Goode - Shaman??
Stay - Shakespeare's Sister
Tears in Heaven - Clapton
Rythm is a Dancer
Achy Breaky Heart (!) - Billy Ray Cyrus
Barcelona - Freddie and Montserrat
Goodbye Girl - Triple Druppels
Automatic for the People - entire album
No Limit - 2Unlimited
Oh Carolina - Shaggy
All She Wants - Ace of Base
I'd Do Anything for Love - Meatloaf
Sweat (LaLaLaLa) - Inner Circle
Whats Up - 4 Non Blondes
The Key The Secret - ??
November Rain/ Knocking on Heavens Door/Sweet Child of Mine - Guns & Roses
Saturday Night - Whigfield
Always - Bon Jovi
7 Seconds - Yossou N'dour
Philadelphia - Boss

Some of these are truly cringeworthy... What's amazing me though is how many of them I still listen to and wouldn't dream of thinking were That Old. And also how many artists are still around.

By the way, I don't think Alannah Myles deserves to be on your cringeworthy list :-) Martika, yes, Vanilla Ice, definitely!

Offspring - Self esteem
Greenday – Basket Case (anything off Dookie actually)
Pearl Jam - Daughter

What about all those union classics…remember
Neil Diamond – don’t remember which song, probably Sweet Caroline,
Don Mclean - American pie
Bryan Adams – Summer of ‘69

AH Tim, You just mentioned Creep by Radiohead. Still ould classify it as one of my favourites. I remember a student band from East London coming to Vicstock one year and they played that - such nostalgia.

Other memories:
Voilent Femmes - American Music
Green Day (Dookie the whole album)
Pixies (Doolittle the whole album)
Nelly the Elephant
I saw the Sign (Ace of Base)*cringe*
Brown-eyed Girl
